Portals change, offices revise fees and hours, directories move between shelves, and digitization projects add or remove coverage. This site does not store a government roll, directory volume, court file, deed, vital record, or voter record. It points toward custodians that may hold them. Obtaining, verifying, correcting, or certifying a record requires the office that maintains it, subject to the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. 24-72-201 through 24-72-206, and separate confidentiality statutes.
